Comb through the politically incorrect portions of the internet, and you’ll find some really neat shit. Reiza Studios‘ crowdfunding campaign conducted earlier this year promised to bring some extremely unique content into the PC racing simulator typically focused around South American content, and the first in-game screenshots of these new additions have began to surface. Featuring an unlicensed Formula One car from the 2004 F1 season, a RallyCross variant of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, and finally the Stadium Super Truck seen in Robby Gordon’s Formula Off-Road, sim racers are about to be introduced to three wild vehicles.
Unfortunately, I don’t have any precise info as to when these will see a public release. As I do not have any access to the Reiza Studios beta forums, I’m unsure whether these will be implemented into free updates for Stock Car Extreme in the near future, or be integrated into the vanilla content of the upcoming SCX re-release under a name more appealing to potential customers.
Regardless, if you happen to own the Steam version of Stock Car Extreme, you’ll be getting all of these fancy new cars free of charge, we just don’t know which game they’ll be made available for. Hopefully one of our boys will help us out in the comments section.
